Welcome to Nerdy Girl Consulting, LLC! By accessing or using our services through [nerdygirlconsulting.com] (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully, as they outline the agreement between you ("Client") and Nerdy Girl Consulting, LLC ("Company") regarding the resume writing and consulting services we provide.
1. Services
Nerdy Girl Consulting, LLC offers resume writing, cover letter creation, and LinkedIn profile optimization services. All services are delivered electronically via email communication to the Client after purchase. The scope of services and associated prices are listed on the Site and may be updated from time to time.
2. Client Responsibilities
To provide tailored services, the Client must supply accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the consultation and service process. Nerdy Girl Consulting, LLC is not responsible for errors in the Client’s final resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile that result from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
3. Delivery Timeline
Once the Client has provided all necessary information, Nerdy Girl Consulting, LLC will complete the services within the time frame specified at the time of purchase. Any delay in providing requested information may result in a delay in the service delivery.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of the resume writing and consulting services, all sales are final. Nerdy Girl Consulting, LLC does not offer refunds once services have been purchased and work has commenced.
5. Revisions
We aim to ensure that all clients are satisfied with the final product. Therefore, we offer one (1) complimentary revision per service, provided the Client requests the revision within seven (7) days of receiving the final deliverable. Revisions are limited to refining content based on the initial information provided. Any additional revisions beyond the first may incur additional charges at the discretion of the Company.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created by Nerdy Girl Consulting, LLC, including resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile content, becomes the intellectual property of the Client upon full payment and completion of services. Nerdy Girl Consulting, LLC reserves the right to use anonymized or redacted versions of materials solely for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the Client expressly requests otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerdy Girl Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including any employment or professional outcomes. Our total liability to the Client for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount the Client paid to Nerdy Girl Consulting, LLC for the specific services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Nerdy Girl Consulting, LLC provides services "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific employment or career outcomes from using our services.
9. Termination
Nerdy Girl Consulting, LLC reserves the right to terminate any service or refuse service to any client at our discretion. In such cases, we will provide a refund if no services have yet been delivered.

11. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Atlanta, GA, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. This arbitration agreement includes a waiver of any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in Atlanta, GA, USA.
13. Changes to the Terms
Nerdy Girl Consulting, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the Site or services following the posting of changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.
